lately, i've been very interested with this book. because a friend from BBI stated that this book's a great read and many have been posting book reviews for Sarah's Key :) the book's genre is historical fiction, telling the story during the World War II. and so, as i was browsing through amazon.com and google, i found out there's already a movie for this book. so i decided to watch the movie trailer on youtube. and WOW. looking from the trailer, i think it'll be great story; both the book and the movie.
here's the movie trailer for those who haven't seen it.
now i thought to myself that i must get my hands on the book as soon as possible. i will watch the movie afterwards ;) byee

Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay, is a double story that interlocks with one another. The first half of the book is a biography of a young girl who was going through the terrible experience of the training camps with her family. Fortunately, for the young girl (Sarah) she gets out of the training camps before she got too sick. She runs to an old couple's house who then feed her, bathe her, and take her in as their own. The author leaves you guessing what happened to the young girl and goes into a story about a young American woman, Julie, who lives in Paris. She's been studying the Holocaust for a while, and she finds an amazing discovery.
ReplyDeletethank you for your comment :) the book does seem like a really great book ;)
